Sound Therapy
Sound therapy gets to the root of the problem and it can do it fast. It can uplift and elevate as well as clear, it can help with anxiety and stress as well as more negative feelings. It can also help to facilitate personal growth.
I've put together some frequently asked questions... feel free to call for any other enquiries

Similar to how it sounds you are literally being bathed in sound, the healing frequencies penetrate through the ear canal and the vibration is felt deep in the body and cells.
You can enjoy the relaxing experience whilst laying down or sitting up and doing absolutely nothing. Your body’s nervous system will start to slow down and your brain waves will naturally then move from Beta the normal everyday thinking brain, to Alpha relaxed and not thinking, to Theta deep relaxation and possibly even to Delta deep dreamless sleep. Once you are out of Beta healing can take place in the body.
For virtual Sound baths you will need to listen with headphones, noise cancelling if possible. A comfortable, undisturbed space to lay or sit. An eye cover can be a good idea as it will deepen the experience, and you will want a blanket because it can get cold.
For Real life you will need your own yoga matt, and blanket and your own pillow.
Sometimes the sound may feel uncomfortable. If that happens just breath through that feeling and into that area of the body if you can. Try not to leave the sound bath, it may be that either a physical or emotional blockage is clearing.
If you are Pregnant have a pacemaker, epilepsy or have a severe mental health condition I would advise against this therapy.
Sound uses ancient techniques. The metal bowl also known as the Tibetan bowl, have been used my Tibetan Buddhist monks since 3000BC for meditation purposes. They were introduced to the USA in the 1980’s and were also used for their healing properties.
The drum has been used by Shaman’s even before Buddhism came to Tibet. Mainly used for ritual, healing and consciousness expansion.
